Grab your mat, bring your crew, and let's take Pilates outdoors! This free Mat Pilates class is happening at Balboa Park—6th Ave, between Nutmeg and Palm Street, on the parking lot side (not by the cars). Let's breathe, stretch, and sweat it out together. See you there!

Hey there! We're hosting free Pilates classes iat Balboa Park, and it's happening outdoors. Join us at 9 AM for a 40-minute session. Everyone's welcome, no matter your skill level. Just remember to bring your own mat. Warm or not, remember sunscreen, sunglasses and water. We might have some props available depending on the turnout. If you have elastic bands, feel free to bring them along, but it's totally optional. Tips are appreciated but not required.
