It's About Purpose
The Awakening Movement
My journey starts way before any course, degree, or certification. Growing up in a tropical beacJoão Pessoa—the easternmost point of the Americas) meant being outdoors since childhood—playing with other kids, running, mountain biking, hiking, and even trying aerial silks and circus trapeze. When I was 8 years-old, I started swimming lesson - I even competed. First day, during those early warm-ups I noticed my shoulders shifting* but never felt pain, so I assumed everyone could do it—until I quickly realized I was the only one.ā
From early on, I was already learning to adjust and understand my body. I kept wondering—why could I move in ways others couldn’t? I didn’t know then that this unique trait would lead me further into exploring how the body works—not just its structure, but how it adapts, moves, and supports life. In school, studying the human body became a natural extension of that drive.
ā
*Years later at university, I finally learned I had hypermobile joints - not only the shoulders well.

Hobby to Career
Professional of Movement & Exercise Science
In 2009 I started my degree in Physical Therapy and this was just the start. What began as curiosity evolved into a lifelong commitment to the Science of Movement and helping people build a more confident, capable relationship with their bodies.āāāā
ā
University opened the doors to everything I’ve learned so far—scholarships, exchange programs in Canada, and a network that expanded across the world. I continued working and gaining experience. The more I learned, the more it became clearer: we’re made to move.āāāāāāāāāāā

It’s a paradox—so simple, yet incredibly complex. The coordination between every cell in your body, every organ as a team working together, the way every system works together so you live, and MOVE. That’s the foundation of my approach. Rooted in function and guided by each person’s individual needs, we build from the inside out.

Almost by Chance
The Encounter with Pilates
At university, I noticed how quickly certified colleagues were being hired. I didn't know much about it, but friends kept telling me, “This is made for you,” knowing my background. They were right.ā
Pilates is a versatile and adaptable method—one that allows space to build strength, mobility, coordination, balance, endurance, and more. The whole body working in sync, intelligently and purposefully, free to support the way you live
ā
Over the years the practice, certifications and clinical experience played a huge role in how i see the human body today. I had the honor of working with outstanding peers—Authorities on the field, dedicated and passionate—that taught me a lot and continue to inspire me today. All of this came together in a way I didn’t plan, but it became clear that my background since a kid until today would shape the way I lead movement.

Ready, Set, Go
Understanding your body - needs, work, results
āā
ā
My approach is rooted in Pilates yet open to the full range of movement possibilities, always adapting so progress can evolve naturally. Every body is different, with its own needs and rhythms, and the method bends to fit you—not the other way around. From there, we move toward your personal goals, always with one guiding principle: movement is the key.
ā
The results speak for themselves. Beyond physical changes, people often notice shifts in other areas—sometimes right away. Mood improves, stress levels drop, headaches ease, anxiety fades. These changes happen because they begin listening to their bodies—and that awareness changes everything. rogress is obvious: stronger, moving with more ease, functioning better, and carrying those gains into daily life. People often find themselves able to do things they couldn’t before—both the small and the big.āāā
ā
Our bodies are designed with extraordinary efficiency, in ways we may never fully understand. When one system falls out of balance, others are affected too—but when we move with intention, the whole body responds. That’s the power of true, integrated movement.
