It is about purpose
My journey starts way before any course, degree or certification. Growing up in a tropical beach city, (João Pessoa - easternmost point of the Americas) allowed me, since as a kid, to be outdoors, playing with other kids, running, later playing sports, even taking circus classes, and more. In school, studying the human body was always interesting to me. I was fascinated on how the body works—not just its structure, but how it adapts, moves, and supports life. In 2009 I started my degree in Physical Therapy and this was just the start. What began as curiosity evolved into a lifelong commitment to the Science of Movement and helping people build a more confident, capable relationship with their bodies.
University opened the doors to everything I’ve learned so far—scholarships, exchange programs in Canada, and a network that expanded across the world. I continued working and gaining experience. The more I learned, the more it became clearer: we’re made to move.
It’s a paradox—so simple, yet incredibly complex. The coordination between every cell in your body, every organ as a team working together, the way every system works together so you live, and MOVE. That’s the foundation of my approach. Rooted in function and guided by each person’s individual needs, we build from the inside out.

Pilates is a versatile and adaptable method—one that allows space to build strength, mobility, coordination, balance, endurance, and more. To me, it’s more than just exercise—it’s a return to movement as it was meant to be: the whole body working in sync, intelligently and purposefully, free to support the way you live.
The results speak for themselves. Beyond physical changes, people often notice shifts in other areas—sometimes right away. Mood improves, stress levels drop, headaches ease, anxiety fades. These changes happen because they begin listening to their bodies—and that awareness changes everything. Our bodies are designed with extraordinary efficiency, in ways we may never fully understand. When one system is out of balance, others are affected too—but when we move with intention, the whole body responds. That’s the power of true, integrated movement.
